My favorite Halloween story is taking my daughter to our fall festival at church last year. She was 2, and looked oh-so-cute as a little pink and green butterfly! She has fun playing the games and winning prizes. This year she is going to be Snow White (is there such thing as a blonde snow white??) so I am excited to see her enjoy herself again this year!

Thanks for the chance to win!

We have an annual family halloween potluck party every year, and last year the main course was sloppy joes - they were actually GLOWING - not sure what edible substance was used, but it was the scariest thing I've ever put in my mouth!

My favorite Halloween story is when my sister helped me dress up as Pippi Longstocking. I had freckles painted on and wire in my braids to make it stick straight out. Very funny!
I don't have a blog yet, but am working on it. I have mentioned your blog on my facebook page.

That is easy for me also. My favorite Halloween story is from the first year my 9 year old niece went trick-or-treating. I made her costume a cute little red M&M. My sister and I had so much fun.
I have your candy in my side bar
Blessings,

I know that I can't take part in this as I am all the way in Sydney. I just wish Halloween was more popular in Australia, you guys seem to have such a fun day celebrating.

my fave halloween story:

got grounded on halloween (no one can remember the offence) and got more candy than ever before. how? my sis took an extra bag for me and told my story and everyone felt sorry for me so gave me extra candy AND i had to stay home and give out candy so every time there was a lull i ran upstairs and hid some candy for me LOL :D

I am from Germany and Halloween is just upcoming here.
But at December, 6th there is something similar like trick or treat, kids are going round and saying some little poems or singing and they are getting some candy afterwards.
I was going with my two brothers and some friends of mine and we were singing and it was always funny.

Hugs from Marina / Germany.

About 20 years ago, my little brother (3 or 4 years old) dressed up as Super Grover and all day went around saying "Super Grover to the rescue" and "nothing scares me". Then at the family Halloween party, my dad who had to work showed up with an ugly mask and black robe. My other brother went running to Mom to hide which left Super Grover screaming and no where to go. My dad being a good father picked him up to comfort him, forgetting to take the mask off. Super Grover almost stopped breathing. We still joke about it and he often gets Super Grover gifts to this day.
I don't have a blog yet, but I'll email some friends.

I loved the Halloween where my husbadn and 3 year old were both dressed in kilts. My husband is in a pipe and drum band and I made Eli a costume to look just like his uniform!

I remember one halloween. We lived in the country so we had to have mom drive us to town. I wasn't allowed to take soap but I did. I was to afraid to use it and when I got home all my candy tasted like soap. Lesson learned.

My favorite story is my first daughters halloween that we took her out trick or treating. We dressed her like tigger & pulled her in a wagon. We had a ton of fun!

Blogged it as well!
